1. Introduction: 

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Roia’s products and services across the GCC. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Scope of Services: 

Roia specializes in the supply and installation of smart glass and smart film solutions, including switchable glass, anti-glare glass, privacy film, and custom glass applications for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

3. Client Responsibilities: 

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date project and contact information. Any changes to requirements or project details must be communicated promptly to Roia.

4. Broker Fees and Commission: 

Roia provides quotations based on project scope. All pricing, including installation and materials, will be confirmed before any agreement is signed. Clients agree to pay the full amount as per the approved quotation.

5. Payment Terms: 

Payment terms are defined in each project agreement. Clients are required to adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Delays in payment may result in project delays or additional fees.

6. Property Listings: 

Roia ensures high-quality materials and installation. However, clients are encouraged to review technical specifications and consult our team for clarification prior to order confirmation.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection: 

We are committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in the UAE and GCC.

8. Limitation of Liability: 

Roia shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from third-party delays, misuse of installed products, or inaccurate information provided by the client.

9. Warranty & Maintenance :Roia products may include a warranty depending on the product type. Warranty terms will be outlined in the project contract. Regular maintenance advice is provided upon installation.

10. Termination of Agreement: 

Either party may terminate the agreement under written notice. Any work completed or products delivered up to the termination point remain subject to payment as agreed.

11. Governing Law: 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions: 

Roia reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.
